The First Taiwan-Japan Workshop on Learning Analytics Joint-Project: BookRoll User Experiences was conducted on 11-12 June, 2018 at the Asia University at Taichung Taiwan. The two days workshop had invited talks and panel discussions between members from Ogata-Lab in Kyoto University and the faculties of Asia University. There were around 25 participants. Prof. Hiroaki Ogata, Dr. Brendan Flanagan, Dr. Rwitajit Majumdar and Dr. Gökhan Akçapınar delivered invited talks. The Asia university faculty members presented their experience of using BookRoll as case studies. We thank the host, Asia University, for organizing a very fruitful two days session and all the participants for enthusiastically using BookRoll in their classes and sharing valuable feedback.
